Would you like to order a custom made portrait by me? No problem. Do it in 6 simple steps!
Step 1: Choose the format
After checking out the possible formats and prices, you can contact me with your wish! Let me know exactly what you would like me to create for you. Once we have agreed on your vision and the desired result I am ready to receive the reference photos!
Step 2: Reference photos
I use photographs as references for my creations so at this stage I kindly ask you to e-mail me several references of my subject(s) at magdalena_palmans@outlook.com. The better lit and the higher resolution the photos have, the more details I can include in the portrait.
Step 3: Advance payment 50%
Once we have found the perfect reference photos it is time for you to confirm your order via an advance payment of 50% of the price. You can make the payment via bank transfer or Paypal. I will provide you with all payment details via e-mail.
Step 4: Creating the piece
A portrait is typically completed and ready to ship within 2 weeks from the moment the advance payment is received.
In case you have a more urgent deadline we can discuss the possibility of a fast order.
When the piece is completed I will send you a photograph of the result for your approval.
You can request up to 3 revisions if you feel like something needs to be changed in the piece.
Step 5: Completing the payment
Once you are happy with the piece you transfer the remaining 50% of the payment and the portrait is ready to be shipped to your home!
Step 6: Shipment
All A4 portraits are safely shipped in a water-tight sleeve, and hard carton padded envelope using PostNL Registered letter with Tracking.
All A3 portraits are safely shipped in a water-tight sleeve and a hard carton mailing tube using PostNL Registered parcel with Tracking.
The time it takes for your commission to reach you varies depending on where you are based. Please visit the PostNL website for an estimation of delivery for your own country.
